Meal Plan Monday

breakfast:
green smoothies
brown rice pudding
yogurt and random  fruit

lunch: (to be served with fruits and raw veggies)
Bean burritos with homemade refried beans
Pinwheel wrap with tempeh/spinach/avocado
PB&J
grilled cheese
homemade mac and cheese with banana/strawberry

Dinner:
Indian Shepherds Pie
Cashew carrot and ginger soup with bread
Spicy macaroni and cheese
kids night - something fast
homemade pizza and green salad
chicken, rice, roasted brussel sprouts
