a Small meal plan

This week is an insane week!  I have only half a week planned but here it is:

Lunch
Wednesday:
Ancient Grain Raisin Cereal
Whole wheat toast
fruit

Thursday
Easy peasy applesauce
Brown Rice
sauteed veggies

Friday
homemade pizza
fruit smoothies

Dinner
Wednesday
bad night-we are gone.
spaghetti and bread with salad


Thursday
Hearty Vegetable Miso Soup
Rice Balls with dipping sauce


Friday
crockpot chicken curry
brown jasmine rice
steamed veggies
